On Thursday June 30, the Pillsbury Baptist Bible College’s summer music ensemble, Joyful Praise, sang for the IBCB at the Matzkos’ apartment. Afterwards, we enjoyed fellowshipping with the members of this women’s quartet.
Some of us stopped for ice cream later on the way to the beach.

I think the one of Amy in the ‘S’ shirt, looking wholly unhappy to be there, with Dave in the background deep in consternation over 3-D tic-tac-toe, and Melita smiling nervously up front is my favorite. It looks a little like a recreational scene at some sort of psychiatric institution, no?
Well, perhaps that is where we all belong. Or, alternately, that is where we were - the Matzko Madhouse.
What happens when psychiatric patients escape? Do they head for the coast in the middle of the night?

Ice cream will always make you happy. It may also make you obese, but at least you’ll be happy.
